Damaged Items

Customers are advised to send picture(s) of any damaged item or items within 3 days of receiving package.

Missing Items

Customer have three days after receiving products to report any missing items. Any report after three days will not be retrievable. please send photo of invoice and packaging to our email sales@justcreatetoronto.com

Pre-Orders

All pre-orders will be open then closed within the stated time frame depending on product volume. Shipping/ pick up or drop offs will usually begin within 15 -40 days of purchase depending on volume.
