Customer have three days after receiving products to report any missing items. Any report after three days will not be retrievable. please send photo of invoice and packaging

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 3 days of receiving package. if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Customers are advised to send picture(s) of any damaged item(s) 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All pre-orders will be open then closed within the stated time frame depending on product volume.  Shipping/ pick up or drop offs will usually begin within 7-30 days of purchase depending on volume.
